These Terms of Service govern your use of jesusartco.com and purchases from Jesus Art Co. The website's legal operator details are displayed in the site footer. In these terms, “Jesus Art Co.”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the website operator trading as Jesus Art Co.
1. Using our store
You may use our store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a way that disrupts it, or use our content or services to violate another person's rights.
2. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, room lighting, printing methods and natural material variation can cause colours and details to appear slightly different in person. Product images may include room mockups for scale and presentation; decorative objects shown in mockups are not included.
Dimensions are approximate. Review the product page, size information and selected options before ordering.
3. Made-to-order production
Physical products are produced after an order is placed. We may use specialist print and fulfilment partners to manufacture and ship products directly to you. Jesus Art Co. remains your seller and customer-service contact.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to accept an order. We may decline or cancel an order before production for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate product or pricing information, delivery restrictions, stock or provider availability, intellectual-property concerns, or an inability to produce the selected configuration. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before production. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or other fees that we do not control.
6. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by production, carriers, weather, address problems and circumstances outside our reasonable control. Ownership and risk transfer as required by applicable law.
7. Cancellations, replacements and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns and customer-selected option mistakes are not accepted. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Promotions and discounts
Promotions may have additional eligibility rules, dates and exclusions. Unless we state otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious error or misuse.
9. Intellectual property
The store, brand assets, artwork, product images, copy, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to the website operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No purchase transfers copyright or grants permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, train models on, or commercially exploit our content.
10. Third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and may use payment, analytics, communication and fulfilment providers. Third-party services can have their own terms and privacy practices. References or links to third parties do not transfer our customer-service responsibilities or constitute an endorsement of unrelated content.
11. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for store operation and marketing, unless applicable law requires separate consent.
12. Disclaimer and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. By using the store, you acknowledge that policy and the privacy choices made available through the store.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order governs that order unless a change is required by law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove any mandatory protections or rights available under the law that applies where you live.
